It is not required to have a license to ride your EMF Scooter as it is classified as an electric bike at 20MPH. Please be advised to check your local state on e-bike laws and regulations.
Since EMF Scooter is classified as an e-bike, it is permitted to ride in the bike lane at maximum speed of 20 MPH. Please make sure to check your local state laws as it differs from state to state.
Each scooter comes with a safety governor that limits the speed at 20 MPH. You are able to unlock the speed governor at your own risk which allows you to go up to 35 MPH.
EMF Scooters comes with an alarm and anti-theft system that locks with a keyless remote. The alarm sensor will go off if the scooter is tampered with and freeze the motor.
